Return Policy

All Returns are for Store Credit Only.

You may return merchandise if the item is unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, tags still attached, and in original condition. 

We must receive the item(s) within 14 days of the original shipment date. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. E-mail tmhall08@outllook.com to request a return first before sending the item(s) back to us. 

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box in another box when shipping back. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  Hats and Jewelry are also FINAL SALE. 

Due to limited inventory and styles, we do not offer exchanges. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an e-mail to tmhall08@outlook.com with a picture along with the order number. 

Please use address on shipping label when returning. We will let you know when we have processed your return.
